GreensReport tells Arizona golfers what a course is actually like today: whether carts are on the path, how the greens are rolling, and whether a course has been overseeded or punched. Every report comes from a golfer who just played there.
Email andrew@greensreport.com. GreensReport is run by one person, so you will get a reply from a human rather than a ticket number. You can also use Send feedback in the app, under More.
If a report is wrong, offensive, spam, or targets somebody, tell us from inside the app:
The three abuse reasons reach us immediately. We review abuse reports within 24 hours, remove anything that breaks our Community Rules, and remove the accounts responsible. Anything with two or more abuse reports is hidden automatically while we look at it. "Not accurate" is a quality signal rather than an abuse report, and is used to weigh how a course is scored.
You can also block any golfer. Tap their name under any report to open their profile and tap Block, or use "Block this golfer" at the bottom of the sheet you flag from. Blocking hides their reports, comments and photos from you, and stops them messaging you. To undo it, go to the Profile tab and look for "Blocked golfers".
You can delete your account yourself, from inside the iPhone app or from the website. You do not need to email us and we will not ask you why.
It happens immediately. Deleting removes your profile, messages, favorites, alerts, notification tokens, badges and points. Your course reports stay by default, listed as "Former golfer", because other golfers rely on the conditions you recorded; the second option deletes those too. If you signed in with Apple, we also tell Apple to revoke the connection.
You can sign in with an email address and password, with Apple, or with Google. If you forget your password, tap Forgot your password? on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link; it is good for one hour and one use. You can change your password any time in Profile, under Password.
If you use Apple's Hide My Email and you already had an account, choose Share My Email instead. The relay address is a different address, so Hide My Email creates a separate account and your existing reports and points will appear to be missing.
Notifications are off until you turn them on in Profile. Once they are on, a Send Test button appears there so you can check they are arriving. Alerts are for courses you have favorited: cart path changes and reopenings after overseed.
GreensReport asks for your location in two places only: the Check In button when you file a report, and the Nearest sort. Location is never collected in the background. Sorting by distance happens on your device and sends us nothing.
