Back from overseed, reopened Oct 23 10 days ago. Courses often keep carts on the path while the new grass fills in.
AZ National looked great when I played. Fairways were lush and they had just come out of CPO. Greens were good but rolling a bit slow. It'll be even better in a few weeks.
