This was one of the best kept courses I've played in the Phoenix-Scottsdale area. From the inviting pro shop to the bar after the round I have zero complaints. The tee boxes were level and lush. The fairways were a little fluffy but in great condition. The rough was a little thick and punishing as

The water on #1 and #11 is a ball magnet, stay left! The greens are firm (very few ball marks), receptive, and rolling beautifully at an 8 on my Stimp meter (yes, I carry one). Played early morning, the course was a little wet, which wasn't surprising.
