A lot of the greens had many old ball mark scar which affect your putt. Some of the bunkers had standing water. The one bunker I ended up in was hard pan, not thick sand like the bunker's sides. Overall, the course is very nice, watch your speed, especially on the downhill putts.

Greens were pure and rolled well. What you would expect from this level of course. Fairways in 9/10 summer conditions some dead patches. A few tee boxes worn but I played in the afternoon. Pace was slow took 4 hours and waited on every hole past 7. Pace of play not enforced
