Back from overseed, reopened Nov 1 1 day ago. Courses often keep carts on the path while the new grass fills in.
In decent shape. Fairways were nice, as well as tee boxes. Greens were on the slower side and a bit bumpy in places.

Avoid the mornings. Everything wet, tee boxes, fairways, rough, bunkers, greens . Greens would have been ok, but they leave the grass clippings on the greens.
