Avoid the mornings. Everything wet, tee boxes, fairways, rough, bunkers, greens . Greens would have been ok, but they leave the grass clippings on the greens.

Fairways were in pretty good condition for the middle of August. Greens were bumpy, looked like they had been punched probably a week or 2 ago. Bunkers were hard packed.
