Cart path only recovering from overseed. Tee boxes were were rough, fairways were good, rough was thick and the greens were in good shape(a little on the slower side but not real slow). Played 18 in a little over 4 hours

Course was cool. Definitely not a course that I would go out of my way to play again. Greens ran about a 6 on the stimp and most tee boxes were not mowed. Could be a decent course outside of overseed recovery.
