Gilbert, AZ · 18 holes · par 72 · Semi-Private · Bermuda fairways
Back from overseed, reopened Oct 31 2 days ago. Courses often keep carts on the path while the new grass fills in.
Really impressed with the conditions seeing as they close for overseed in 2 days. Greens rolled true. Cart girl came around 4 times.

Greens don't roll as quick as the practice green. Course overall is in good condition. It was super windy today, which was very aggravating.

They are going to over seed in a few weeks. Course is in great shape right now and worth getting out there.

Some burnt out and bumpy spots on the greens from too close of a cut. Greens are firm, play for rollout on all approach shots. Rough is long right now, which provides a good challenge. Overall good value!
