For a course that’s considered one of the “must play” course here in Phoenix the conditions were poor. That being said they’re a week away from overseed. Fairways had some dead spots but weren’t cut. The first cut and fairway were identical. The greens were also furry and slow with no true break

For the price tag the greens are a bit slow and the cups are cut very poorly. Saw the bev cart 2 times which idk I guess for a resort course is not much.

Overall very good this course never disappoints, there’s a few patches around the greens but for the time of year it’s difficult to keep it pristine but good overall!

Fairways were in great shape, green, minimal browning. Greens were very full and lush but not cut down tight yet. Really slow roll. Overall condition was really good.
