Back from overseed, reopened Oct 30 3 days ago. Courses often keep carts on the path while the new grass fills in.
Sad to report that Founders is pristine right now...9 days before overseed. Will definitely try playing once more before shutdown.
2026-09-30 - playability 96 out of 100
Front nine greens faster and truer than back nine. Fairways great condition. Occasional tee boxes not fully level.

Asides from the greens rolling a bit slow, course was in great condition. Saw the cart girl about 4 times throughout our round which was nice! Tee boxes and fairways were in good condition as well.

Everything was in really good shape today. The greens were noticeably smoother than they were two weeks ago and rolled very well overall. They were still on the slower side, but the surfaces were consistent and much improved from my last round. Tee boxes and fairways were both in excellent shape…
